This is a time for sacred renewal and connection. In a safe and supportive space, we come together in devotion to the natural world and our feminine essence. Carrying forward ancient lunar wisdom, we meet the new moon as a powerful time for setting intentions, reflecting on our inner worlds, and planting seeds for new beginnings.

On the night of the new moon, this sanctuary is open for you to arrive in the feminine energy of presence, surrender, acceptance and receptivity. We gather to support our individual and collective growth as we nurture and honor our inner wisdom and align with the natural rhythms of the universe.

The moon, a symbol of femininity, mirrors the ebb and flow of emotion, intuitive insight, and a woman’s monthly cycle in which contains the potential for creation of new life. We draw upon this powerful force to release and rebirth.

This group meets online via Zoom and is offered at no cost. It is dedicated to nurturing collective well-being through community and spiritual connection with nature.
Ritual
Embracing the wisdom of divine masculinity, this group is thoughtfully structured to create a safe and supportive container for our feminine energy, ensuring a healthy and balanced group environment.​

All attendees are required to identify themselves for group safety and trust, we begin with introductions followed by a grounding meditation to center ourselves and open our hearts to the energies of the new moon.
​
Grounding ourselves to the earth, we move in to gentle stretching to connect with our bodies and release tension we may be holding. We practice receiving through self-massage, plant medicine and any form of self-care that nurtures our bodies and spirits.

We will explore the wisdom of the stars through an astrological reading, understanding how the current lunar phase influences our lives.

We will all have the opportunity to share what is on our hearts, what we are struggling with, working on releasing and needing support with. Our shares will always end with what we love about ourselves, what we are celebrating in our lives and what we are grateful for, fostering a culture of self-compassion, love and gratitude for ourselves and one another. Shares are valued but are not required.

We close with prayer and meditation, inviting the divine feminine to guide and bless our lives.
