Meet The Organizers

Bee Andrews

Justine Ring

I'm Justine- herbalist, educator, entrepreneur, collaborator, dog mom & sacred lifestyle advocate!

Guided by a deep devotion to personal and collective wellness, I founded Healer's Harvest in 2021 with a mission rooted in health empowerment, community building, and a profound connection to nature.

Through Healer's Harvest, I launched The Herbalist's Collaborative, an innovative online program that empowers herbal students to transition seamlessly into skilled community herbalists. By fostering a supportive environment for herbalists to refine their clinical skills and deepen their connection with medicinal plants, we cultivate a thriving community dedicated to holistic healing and professional development.

I extend my passion for herbalism and community building by co-hosting Gather: A Northeastern Herbal Conference. This immersive event serves as a gathering place for herbalists, wildcrafters, and plant lovers from all over the region to share their knowledge, skills, and passion for the natural world.

Tamar Helfen

Tamar Helfen is a (W)holistic health guide and herbalist, a gemstone practitioner, kabbalistic dance facilitator, plant medicine photographer, poet, flower lover, women’s circle musician, and intentional healing clothing curateur.

She expresses her passion about plants, healing and helping others through sharing her broad knowledge, stories of personal transformation and through facilitating personal growth and creative community collaborations.
She uses her personal study and experience of over three decades in many healing and creative modalities combined with co-directing a spiritual and educational non-profit Chabad House* along with her husband for twelve years, bringing a wealth of nourishment for the body and soul to her community, friends and family near and far.

Along with raising their seven children and being spiritual guides for their community through rites of passages, seasonal celebrations and daily ritual living, their healing focus is strongly centered on guiding others in creating peace and joy in the home, healthy communication and body centered trauma relief. Their home is filled with plant medicine and all forms of nourishment, radiant gemstones, music, dance parties, and radical acceptance.

Tamar is a certified therapeutic gemstone practitioner through Rebbetzin Orit Esther Riter of Or Emunah; she has completed programs with Brittany Wood Nickerson of Thyme Herbal in Home Herbalism and Ayurvedic use of western herbs; she is currently a student in The Evolutionary School of Herbalism with a focus on Medical Astrology, a former student of Evolutionary educator Farida Sharan of The School of Natural Medicine; a current member of The Herbalists Collaborative and a committee member of GATHER: A Northeast Herbal Conference; she is trained as a SoulStir Dance facilitator by Shelly Dembe; she is the creator of ‘Color and Kavanah’, a joyfully, transformative daily ritual combining what you wear with your daily intentions.

She lives in western Massachusetts but her heart is in the East.

Jenn Prince

An herbalist and nature lover at heart, I found my passion working with herbs and learning about the medicinal properties of herbs over 20 years ago. I am a lifelong student of the natural world, I love foraging in the woods and hiking on my trails, making my own herbal products and working with clients to discover gentle ways they can compliment their daily lives with herbal preparations.

I love sharing my passion for nature and herbal medicine on social media, and teaching in-person workshops. My Intuitive Tea Blending Workshops are very popular, and I also custom-designs workshops based on request and need.

I have also worked in marketing for over 25 years, and have an extensive amount of experience in brand strategy, public relations, digital marketing and campaign execution. I coach herbalists on marketing their business and speak at both digital and in-person conferences.

I am a member of The Herbalist’s Collaborative, where I am Co-Coordinating GATHER: A Northeastern Herbal Conference, which is coming June 23, 2024 at Bentley University. This full-day conference is bringing together a lineup of fantastic local herbalists to teach on a wide range of topics. This conference is great for beginner herbalists, as well as advanced practitioners. It will be a fantastic day - we hope you will join us!

I am also a proud Co-Director of Herbal Entrepreneur’s The Herbal Circle membership group. In this group, herbalists come together to help each other grow their businesses. Jenn leads coaching sessions, and also co-manages the online forum for this group.
