About the event
As the year reaches its darkest point, winter invites us to slow down, gather together, and make space for warmth, rest, and renewal.
Join us for a cozy winter gathering where we’ll learn about seasonal herbs and aromatic plants, share tea and conversation, and make a simple herbal self-care preparation to take home.
Throughout the gathering, each person will have the opportunity to warm up and enjoy the heat of the sauna—to relax, release tension, and simply take some time for themselves. The sauna is completely optional.
This is a casual, welcoming gathering for anyone who wants to learn something new, make something with their hands, spend time with good people, and spread a little light in the darkest days of winter.
No previous herbal or sauna experience is needed. Come as you are, come curious, and join us for a little winter warmth.
