About the event
Join us for a cozy, hands-on exploration of herbal chai. We’ll learn about the herbs and spices traditionally used in chai, explore their flavors and aromas, and talk about how warming plants can become part of our everyday rituals as the seasons change.
Then you’ll create your own custom herbal chai blend to take home, choosing from a variety of herbs and spices to create a blend that suits your own taste. We’ll brew and enjoy a cup together as we settle into the slower rhythm of autumn.
This is a chance to gather, learn, make something delicious, and enjoy good conversation in the company of others.
No previous herbal knowledge is needed—just come curious, cozy, and ready for a cup of chai.
